At Future of Dentistry we use a variety of processes to restore damaged teeth. Most dental patients are familiar with fillings. Traditional fillings are also called ‘direct restorations’ because they are applied to the tooth and then shaped and polished in one visit.

- Dental implants. An implant is a titanium post inserted into the jaw, where it fuses with the bone. One implant can support one artificial tooth. Several can support dentures.
- Dental crowns. These are tooth-shaped caps that are used to strengthen and improve the structure of a tooth.
- Bridges. A dental bridge is a tooth replacement procedure in which an artificial tooth is anchored on either side of a gap, to “bridge” the area where there are missing teeth.
