I’ve never left a dentist office so happy! I was recommended to this dental group by a dear friend. Being apart of the wellness and spa industry for 46 yrs when I heard the philosophy of this dentist I knew I should be there. I wanted to support a state of the art concept that put the patient on a level of ultimate care. During the past few years my partner became very ill. Alcoholism is a devil. During that time I put my dental care to the side. Good news is my partner is 3 yrs sober and now my attention is me. I recently went to another dentist … sad, ashamed, embarrassed and guilty. I knew it had been too long. This dentist coolly told me of a very long, expensive and hopeless journey. I left overwhelmed, expensive “super” X-rays and a toothache.
I reached out to the Billerica office even though it’s many miles from my home. They were able to get me in ! I was greeted by a wonderful front reception and hygienist in a beautiful “home” like facility. I was introduced to Dr Nguyen. In seconds all of my fears left me and I knew I had found my dentist. He delivered the same message but he delivered it with HOPE, kindness, compassion, knowledge and practicality. I’m actually excited to begin my return to dental health. Delivery is everything and I can honestly say when I left the office … my first thought was wow… his parents must be so proud of their … I’m sure… top of his class son! Thank you for giving me such a positive experience I wish I had found you a long time ago.
