I’ve had 2 fillings done here now and a night hard made. I had extreme anxiety over the first filling. Was terrified, and having a panic attack. Dr. Nguyen was extremely patient with me and encouraging. Him and his team helped me breathe through it and I never felt rushed or a burden. Dr. Nguyen was calm and confident and efficient. He seems to take great pride in what he does. I had another filling done today and was much less nervous. But they still helped me through it. One thing I love is how focused they are doing the procedure. They don’t chit chat about random things with me, they focus and do a great job. I feel so happy to have found them. I’ve had multiple experiences now of consistent care so feel confident recommending them!

The staff was great! Very professional and answered all my questions to make sure I understood exactly my upcoming treatment plan.

FOD of Billerica has always been excellent with the care they’ve provided for me throughout these past years. From the front desk staff to my hygienist and Dentist himself! I stopped fearing going to the dentist ever since I came here 🤗

My kids and I have been coming here almost 2 years and we have had wonderful experiences each time. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful going above and beyond to schedule visits that align and getting estimates needed. The hygienists are professional and thorough in their explanation of what they are doing. Dr. Nguyen has been great explaining and showing with their visual technology before doing any work. He replaced a bond on my font teeth and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this place. They do excellent service.

Outstanding dentist and staff. Very professional, did amazing work on my teeth. Did not price gouge and was upfront out cost before the work was done. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend to anyone needing a good dentist.
